Yes! The Guild House offers The Guilded Hour, Monday through Friday, 4 – 6 pm. Fun and inventive happy hour offerings from the Chef & Bar teams rotate. During happy hour you may also enjoy half-off 6oz wines by the glass, house cocktails, draft pours and well spirits.

Does The Guild House offer specialty cocktails?

Yes! The Guild House rotates a selection of House Cocktails from each spirit: Rum, Gin, Tequila, Bourbon, Rye and Vodka. Favorites include the Bourbon House Cocktail made with Buffalo Trace bourbon, Velvet Falernum and fresh grapefruit juice and the Gin House Cocktail made with The Guild House’s exclusive Watershed Guild Series Gin, carpano antica, campari, raspberry and thyme.

The signature offering is the Rotating Seasonal Cocktail for Two, served in a glass porthole with pour spout. Filled with seasonal infusions, this cocktail’s flavors develop as the decorative decanter sits on your table. It’s beautiful and memorable.

Can The Guild House accommodate large parties?

Yes! The Guild House offers a private dining room with seating for 10 guests. Several menu options are available to help plan the perfect private event. For parties of greater than 6 guests at any time, we recommend calling the restaurant to complete your reservation.

Is The Guild House a fancy restaurant?

The Guild House is an airy, comfortable, upscale dining spot. Neighborhood residents can be found having a casual weekend brunch of Lobster and Eggs; adjacent hotel guests and business guests enjoy leisurely lunches of Chopped Chicken Salad and Ricotta Gnocchi; the evening vibe moves to a more active, vibrant crowd, often people are heading to concerts or sporting events after the meal. The Scallops, Sea Bass and Filet are dinner favorites. The Guild House is a perfect special occasion restaurant particularly for guests seeking a unique dining experience with an appreciation for chef-driven, seasonal menus.

Does The Guild House offer Brunch?

The Guild House offers breakfast during the week and has a Weekend Brunch menu featuring Lobster & Eggs, Truffled Eggs, Smoked Chicken Hash and Pancakes with fresh fruit, lemon curd, Ohio maple syrup and bacon. Brunch cocktails include an Espresso Martini, Bloody Mary and Mimosa. Selections of Raw, Greens, Appetizer and Entrée items from the daily menu are also available.

What’s The Guild House famous for?

The Guild House chefs proudly source locally grown ingredients whenever possible. The chefs create seasonal offerings, regionally and globally inspired, all with artistic technique in an energetic and inviting space. The wine list includes wines from around the world that are diverse and carefully selected, and the bar chefs craft fresh squeezed juices and spirits with skillful passion. The Guild House chef team is ‘the best of the best,’ with dedication to their craft and genuine passion for creating and cultivating unique dining experiences.

Guest favorites include the Oysters, a wholly unique presentation of three raw Oysters on ice, topped with a mignonette; Sweet Potato Rolls with local whipped butter; Local Wagyu appetizer with confit potatoes, Camembert Cheese, and a purple mustard vinaigrette; Sea Bass in lobster broth with carrots, leeks, radish, and chili oil. The Charred Carrots side dish is bursting with flavor, BBQ spiced and drizzled with carrot honey and Alabama white sauce. The Signature Dessert is the Chocolate Cherry Sundae, dark chocolate ice cream, black cherry compote, devil’s food cake and cherry granita.

Is there patio seating?

All seating at The Guild House is indoor at this time.

Where’s the best place to park and is there valet service?

The Guild House is located at 624 N. High Street in Columbus, Ohio’s Short North Arts District. On-street parking is available but be sure to read and follow street signage instruction regarding pay-by-phone parking. Garage parking is available in the Russell Street Garage. Valet is available in front of the restaurant, provided by the adjacent Joseph Hotel – pricing is at their discretion.

Is there a Wine List?

The Guild House wine list is diverse, carefully curated, featuring wines from around the world. The Captain’s List features a rotating selection of prized wines of extraordinary quality from winemakers such as Angelo Gaja and Chimney Rock. Are there menu options for Gluten-free and Vegetarian diners?

Yes! The Guild House offers plentiful options and menu items are notated with ‘gf’ and ‘v’ designations where preparation is already gluten-free friendly or vegetarian, or, can be made so upon request. In addition, the chef team is well-versed in dietary adjustments and is pleased to accommodate requests. Please do not hesitate to inform your server of any food sensitivities or allergies.

Are Reservations required?

Reservations are not required but they are recommended. If OpenTable is showing no availability for your preferred day and time, we recommend calling the restaurant. The Guild House requires a credit card for reservations for 8+ guests, seven days a week.
