roasted kabocha squash soup: chai spiced pepita granola

squash salad: kale, baby beets, pickled squash, country ham, pistachio brittle, tomme cheese, orange vinaigrette

entrée: choose one of the following

pan-seared bronzini: roasted artichoke, hearts of palm, heirloom tomato, preserved lemon vin blanc

ribeye: prime eye of ribeye, herb butter, black truffle whipped potato, wild mushroom jus, crispy shallot, horseradish

wine pairing: Elouan, Pinot Noir, West Central Hills, Oregon

panna cotta: poached pear, butter cookie, local honey, almond crumble

wine pairing: Fonseca 10 Year Tawny Port
